We use a biodegradable Tencel™ yarn, made from wood fibers.

Even the labels and the neck are woven from organic cotton, not polyester - a detail you rarely see.

The cotton itself is left completely undyed - the natural shade of the fiber, as pure as it gets. You can even spot tiny cotton seed particles throughout the fabric. Subtle traces of the plant itself, giving each T-shirt a unique, natural character.

Shipping

We currently ship from Germany to Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and the EU. All orders are shipped via DHL GoGreen by default.

If you’d like your order shipped to a different country, please use our contact form and we’ll get back to you.

We ship from Monday to Friday. Shipping within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Shipping to other countries may take up to 8 days.

Delivery to Germany: €5.00.
International deliveries: €15.00.
Free delivery on orders over €200 within Europe.

Important for non-EU customers (e.g. UK, Switzerland):
Local import VAT, customs duties and handling fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates. These charges are collected by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply send your return back to us at your own cost. Once we have received and checked the item, we will ship the replacement piece to you free of charge. 

Please note that exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of processing. If the requested item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.

Returns

Our clothes are made to bring lasting joy.
But if something doesn’t fit, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your package (not on the day you request a return in your Shopify account or the day we approve that request).

All returns must be shipped back to us within this 14-day period. Returns received after this time cannot be refunded to the original form of payment. In such cases, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit or arrange a return shipment back to you at your own cost.

Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your return is sufficiently stamped and insured, as we cannot assume liability for lost shipments.

Returned items need to be in their original state with all tags and packaging included. If these requirements are not met, a deduction will be applied to the refund.
