Shipping
We currently ship from Germany to Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and the EU. All orders are shipped via DHL GoGreen by default.
If you’d like your order shipped to a different country, please use our contact form and we’ll get back to you.
We ship from Monday to Friday. Shipping within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated. Shipping to other countries may take up to 8 days.
Delivery to Germany: €5.00.
International deliveries: €15.00.
Free delivery on orders over €200.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, simply send your return back to us at your own cost. Once we have received and checked the item, we will ship the replacement piece to you free of charge.
Please note that exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of processing. If the requested item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.
Just contact us via the contact form or email and we’ll take care of it.
Returns
Our clothes are made to bring lasting joy.
But if something doesn’t fit, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your package (not on the day you request a return in your Shopify account or the day we approve that request).
All returns must be shipped back to us within this 14-day period. Returns received after this time cannot be refunded to the original form of payment. In such cases, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit or arrange a return shipment back to you at your own cost.
Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your return is sufficiently stamped and insured, as we cannot assume liability for lost shipments.
Returned items need to be in their original state with all tags and packaging included. If these requirements are not met, a deduction will be applied to the refund.
You can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within this period in a simple and informal way - for example by email or via the return process in your customer account.
If you prefer, you can also use our withdrawal form and include it with your return.
- Register your return in your customer account.
- Include the delivery note or the return summary in the parcel - this significantly speeds up the refund process.
