Most T-shirts are sewn with polyester yarn. Ours aren’t.
We use a biodegradable Tencel™ yarn, made from wood fibers.

Even the labels and the neck are woven from organic cotton, not polyester - a detail you rarely see.

The cotton itself is left completely undyed - the natural shade of the fiber, as pure as it gets. You can even spot tiny cotton seed particles throughout the fabric. Subtle traces of the plant itself, giving each T-shirt a unique, natural character.

Shipping

We currently ship from Germany to Germany, Switzerland, and the EU. All orders are shipped via DHL GoGreen by default.

If you’d like your order shipped to a different country, please use our contact form and we’ll get back to you.

We ship from Monday to Friday. Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days, unless otherwise stated. Shipping to other countries may take up to 8 days.

Delivery to Germany: €5.00.
International deliveries: €15.00.
Free delivery on orders over €200 within Europe.

Important for non-EU customers (e.g. UK, Switzerland):
Local import VAT, customs duties and handling fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates. These charges are collected by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply register your exchange through our return portal. After that you can send your return back to us at your own cost. Once we have received and checked the item, we will ship the replacement piece to you free of charge.

Please note that exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of processing. If the requested item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.

Returns

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your package (not on the day you request a return in your Shopify account or the day we approve that request).

All returns must be shipped back to us within this 14-day period. Returns received after this time cannot be refunded to the original form of payment. In such cases, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit or arrange a return shipment back to you at your own cost.
Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your return is sufficiently stamped and insured, as we cannot assume liability for lost shipments.

Returned items need to be in their original state with all tags and packaging included. If these requirements are not met, a deduction will be applied to the refund.

You can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within this period in a simple and informal way - for example by email or via the our return portal.

How to return/exchange your item:

1. Register your return/exchange through our return portal.
2. Include the delivery note or the return summary in the parcel - this significantly speeds up the refund process.
3. Pack the items securely and send them to:

Reservations

Selected garments are available to reserve ahead of production and/or delivery. You secure your size at checkout, and the expected dispatch date is noted on each product page. Orders containing both reserved and in-stock garments ship together on the date the reserved item is ready. To arrange earlier shipping for in-stock items, please contact us via the contact form. The standard return policy applies from the date of delivery.
